Baking training at WORK UG

 

Cake WORK UG - Training course Agaba Moses

There has been baking training course for WORK Uganda for both girls and the personnel. Agaba Moses was the one carrying out baking course. Moses is one of the experts for baking and he has baking business in Jinja where he has gained more knowledge and technology in baking. This has been made to improve on the quality of baking products of Proud Canteen.

He has taught on making the following baking products: cakes, cupcakes, samosas, bread, bans, samosas among others. Sarah one of the girls was very happy for the course as she enjoys baking more. She was proud of the bread that was baked and became good and delicious. She was also happy and informed personnel that she will tell it at home that the project produces the best bread. Moses also taught the personnel and the girls types of icing the cakes, which are fondant icing and royal icing. He also taught designing the cake and writing on it.
